Do you require a deposit?

Yes! 50% at the time of booking.  This is non-refundable will be applied towards the total cost of your bounce.

Does the price include setup and delivery?

The price includes delivery and setup within 20 miles of 40207. If outside this range, please email before booking .

What is your cancellation policy?

As a family of 7, we completely understand that things come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 days before your scheduled bounce.  We will hold your deposit and you may reschedule within 1 calendar year of the event date.

What is your rain policy?

Our bounce houses can withstand a light rain, but in the event of a heavy rain or winds greater than 15 miles/hour, your bounce will need to be rescheduled.  This decision can be made the morning of your bounce. We will do all that we can to get you rescheduled as soon as possible!

Will the bounce house be clean?

YES! We thoroughly clean and disinfect each house between every use! No stinky bounce houses allowed!

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up the bounce on grass, pavement, concrete, and most flat surfaces.  We DO NOT set up on gravel, rocks, or a hill of any kind.  This is for your safety!

Can adults jump too?

Yes! Our bounces are perfect for kids of all ages and the young at heart, too.

How do I pay for my bounce?

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, and the remainder of the balance is paid upon set-up of the bounce.  You can pay by Venmo, Pay Pal, check, or cash.

Do you offer discounts?

We are happy to offer you 50% off one bounce house if you book two bounce houses for the same day!

We LOVE our loyal customers and appreciate you supporting our family business, so if you have booked with us before, we’d love to offer you 10% off any subsequent rental.

Do you carry insurance?

Yup - we are fully licensed and insured for your safety and peace of mind.

Anything else?

We’re glad you asked! We pride ourselves on serving our clients with a clean and fully functional bounce. Please no pets, food, shoes, heavy makeup, or water on the bounce houses! THANK YOU!
